Line up announced for next Tongue Tide in Whitstable

Tongue Tide in Whitstable, 18 Sept, 7:30 pm.
Tongue Tide promises the very best in performance poetry from the UK and beyond with:

BYRON VINCENT
Byron’s astutely acerbic examinations of the fraying tapestry of British culture fuse comedy, poetry and doe-eyed bewilderment to create a unique and hugely entertaining spoken word experience.
“Hilarious!” BBCi
“Underrated by no one but himself”  Patrick Neate,  BBC

MOLLY NAYLOR
Poet, scriptwriter and performer who has featured on BBC radio and has performed at festivals all over the world. Molly will be appearing fresh from Edinburgh Fringe where her one-woman show, Whenever I Get Blown Up I Think Of You, is getting four-star reviews.
Molly is a poet and performer with a rich and powerful future.    ****  Paul Miller, Fringe Review

ALEX GWYTHER
A 21st Century Jack-the-Lad baby-faced bohemian who dances with the alphabet on the blank paper stage and freestyles spoken word under flickering streetlamps.
"Youth, charm, looks, wit AND amazing writing? Just five of the reasons I found myself jealous of Alex..." - Scroobius Pip

FIONA THOMSON
Kent's own short-listed poet for "New Poem for Margate."

"I love the space created between me as performer and the audience, an often unpredictable moment in time where communication and interaction can take us to magical places."
